We have our East Memphis, South Memphis, and Whitehaven Pathways, each with a partner school that hosts our teams.

• In East Memphis, we have Power Center Academy High and Middle and Ridgeway Middle.

• In South Memphis, we have Soulsville High and Middle and Bellevue Middle.

• In Whitehaven, we have Freedom Prep High at Brownlee and soon Freedom Prep Middle.

MICR has two registrations that a youth player must complete before they are fully ready to begin learning rugby.

1. MICR’s own Knack registration that we use to manage players, attendance, and waivers for parent/guardians. Our website has a login link in the header.

2. USA Rugby Xplorer is a nationwide registration for all Rugby players in the United States. It is required to compete in all rugby competitions. This registration covers liability and insurance in case of injury. Download the RugbyXplorer app from your app store (easiest to navigate) or go to their website directly: https://xplorer.rugby/

MICR’s mission is to make the cost of rugby as affordable as possible. We cover registration fees, trips to camps, and nutrition; we provide a free mouthguard, and we even loan out cleats to players. We want to make this sport as accessible as possible!

MICR loves when Alumni come back! If you want to get involved, here’s how:

• Coaching a high school or middle school team

• Mentoring recent high school graduates through their college journey

• Volunteering at games or student workshops
